As per the norm, CCP has turned off the API feeds during the patch.

This will likely be the case for 24 hours after the patch is complete so we expect API feeds to return at around downtime tomorrow, the 22nd.

Until the API is back up, wallet data can not be processed and the automated fee processing wont take place.

If you have made a payment just prior to patch downtime or if you make one during the first 24 hours after the server comes back up, please be patient if it does not get processed as quickly as you would expect.

Some of our customers are experiencing a SQL error when accessing certain pages of the boards.

We'll have this sorted as soon as possible, please keep in mind its the xmas period though so it might be a day or so.

I can only apologies for the outage in service for these customers, and ask that you be patient as we fix it.

For those of you that have been around eve a while, you'll about the levels some players go to gain the upper hand against their enemies.

Players can and will try to guess your admin, add mail and private board passwords. Players that switch sides from one corp to another often still know passwords and have forum access you may not want them too.

Change these periodicaly to keep a step ahead of such players and minimize the risk to your boards.

CCP threw in a change in the API which we're working into the system now.

All boards are being manually processed at the moment so please be patient, you board will be activated soon.

Thought i would give you a heads up on what the Dominion deployment means for the Griefwatch service while its being done.

When CCP deploy Dominion they will be shutting down the API. You wont be able to to log in so this is not an issue for those wishing to activate a board.

However,once Tranquility is up and running again the API will likely still be down for another 24 hours. This is CCP standard practice. They did it with all the other deployments and patches.

This means that any boards paid for within 24hours after Dominion has gone live will not activate right away. As soon as the API is backup the system will kick in again and your boards will be activated if you have sent payments in that time. Your ISK is not lost, just on hold so to speak.

This also means API mail fetches will be down as well.

Not ideal but out of everyones hands.
